How do I get to the hotel?

You can book a transfer with taxi. It is better to book the taxi online through our website, because it is cheaper. Or you can use city bus. If you would like city bus, you will need 2 buses. First from airport to Harbor and then 615 from Harbor to Tombs of the kings.

How can I get the best offers?

You can always check on our website. All the latest offers are there. If you want to book many rooms, you should send us an email to [email protected]

Is it possible to order an extra bed/baby cot and how much will it be?

All of our rooms are able to take up to 4 people(maximum 3 adults) with some exceptions, baby cots are for free of course, but it would be wise to book one in advance to save you time, as for the extra bed if there's going to be an extra person sleeping on that, of course there will be a charge which depends on the availability.

How do I book accommodation?

You can book either on our website or just call us. In case, you want to book by phone, rates would be non refundable.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You can check by calling us or send us email.

I made a reservation but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Why do you require my credit card details for bookings?

It is the Hotel policy, we are not allowed to take bookings otherwise.

Is it secure to send my credit card details?

It is as secure as you would use your credit card on the internet, so yes it is secure.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you have booked directly with Flexible rate, you can cancel 7 days prior to arrival. If you have not booked directly, you should contact your tour operator.

What cancellation conditions do you have? When at latest can I change the booking without being charged any fee?

Depends on the booking that you have reserved. If you made a non-refundable it is, as its name implies: there's a 100% cancelation charge fee. If you made a flexible booking, then you have a cancelation option for up to 7 days prior to your arrival, after that it is no longer refundable.

We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?

Of course you can, children above 11 are charged as adults though.

Can I generally request an extra bed for a third person in a double room and at what costs?

The costs may vary based on availability.

Why do you need my credit card details?

For immediate or future charge for your reservation, we cannot proceed if we don't have them, it is Hotel policy.

Can I book a hotel for day use?

We do not offer this option. You can book for a night stay, which is full price on the day.

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?

The check-in time is after 14:00pm, while the check-out time is before 11:30 noon.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

For early check-in, it depends on the time you arrive at the hotel, we will check with the housekeeper if your room is ready, if yes, we can check you in ONLY with approval from the management. For late check-out, you have to come in the morning of your departure date in between (8:30 - 9:30) to make the request. But we don't guarantee late check out. However, it's possible in some cases, based on hotel occupancy. The cost is 40 Euros until 18:00pm. To guarantee a late check out, you can book a room for the night.

I will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in?

Yes of course you can, reception works 24/7, but it's important for you to inform us in advance.

How can I cancel or change my booking?

You can do it if you made a flexible booking. In case of a non refundable booking you can't cancel or change it.

Are pool towels included in the price for hotel rooms?

You can get pool towels with a refundable deposit of 5 Euros per one, at the reception.

What is the extra charge for umbrellas and beach chairs?

We do not charge for using them in the hotel areas. If you go to the public beach, they are usually 2,5 Euros each.

Can a mini-fridge be rented at the reception desk?

You do not need to rent it. In each room there is mini fridge, free of charge.

Is the parking lot guarded?

The hotel has parking for the guests, but they are not guarded. You leave your car under your own responsibility and it is on a first come first served basis.

Is it possible to receive gluten-free food?

We have a variety of food on menu for all dietary restrictions.

Can I check in after 20:00?

Reception is working 24/7.

What is the hotel’s beach like, and do I pay for access to it?

It's a sandy beach. You do not need to pay for the beach, just for sunbeds and umbrella. The beach is public, it doesn't belong to the hotel.

Can I request a specific location for my room (a specific floor, views, etc.)?

Yes, you can. We will put it as request. It will depend on availibility of the rooms.

Can breakfast be served in my room?

No, we don't provide breakfast in rooms. But you can order room service with set menu from the pool bar for an exta charge.

Is it possible to arrange for a tour guide?

Certainly, we can arrange a tour guide for you. For inquiries and reservations contact our guest relations or reception desk while in the hotel.

If I change the date of my stay, will this affect the price?

Price depends on the month and days - weekends and basically the availability in the hotel.

Are your indoor pools available during the season as well?

Yes, it is available from 9 am till 6 pm.

Is there an exchange office at the reception desk?

Yes, the reception team can change British Pounds and US Dollars to Euros.

Can i store my luggage if i arrive before my check-in time or check out early?

Definitely, you may keep your luggage in our luggage room. It has a camera outside the room, so you do not need to worry about your belongings.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

You can smoke at your room balcony and designated areas of the hotel. You are not allowed to smoke indoors.

Are baby cribs or cots available?

Of course. In case you need one please let us know in advance.

Does the room come with a safe?

There are safes in all the rooms. You can rent the safe box for 2 Euros per day and a refundable deposit of 10 Euros for the key.

What is there nearby the hotel?

We are opposit Tombs of the Kings (archeological park). There is a  tourist area, beach, supermarket, many restaurants and bars.

Does the hotel have wi-fi?

Yes and you can use it for free all around the hotel.

Is there refrigerators or stoves available at the hotel?

Mini fridges are available in all rooms.

Is the use of the swimming pool included in the room price?

Swimming pools indoors and outdoors, you can use without any charge.

What comes included in the half board packages?

Half board includes Breakfast and Dinner. You can also change Dinner to Lunch by coming to the reception on the day that you want to change it.

Do you have a beach?  How close?

7 minutes walking distance from the hotel, there is a nice sandy beach.

Do you have Game Area or kids club?

Yes, we have a kids club and various electronic games located at the pool side. We also have daily evening entertainment.

Do the rates include breakfast?

Yes. You are not able to book only the room.

Where's the closest bus stop?

The closest bus stop is bus-615 (to & from) harbour - coral bay. It is located outside the hotel. The bus passes approximately every 20 minutes.

Can I take lunch after my check out?

The all inclusive package is available until your departure from the hotel, therefore if you are all inclusive you can have lunch. If you are not all inclusive, you can pay the charge at the restaurant.

What comes included in the all inclusive package?

You will have breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a big variety of alcoholic and non alcoholid beverages, cocktails and mixers.

You can do that once at the hotel from the reception team.

How much does the lunch and dinner cost?

A buffet meal costs 15 Euros per person.

Is there an ATM at the hotel?

There are ATM machines close by and also at the central Kings Avenue Mall.

Do you have UK electrical sockets?

Yes, but we also provide adaptors at the reception for a refundable deposit of 5 Euros per one.
